These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the basha 8 platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support. By registering an account or accessing any part of basha 8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. 18+ Age Requirement

All basha 8 services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned to the verified payment method.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active basha 8 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

Transparent Payment Terms

Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a basha 8 player accurately.

"Real Money Balance"	The funds held in a player's basha 8 account that have been deposited via a supported payment method and are available for wagering or withdrawal, net of any applicable bonus restrictions.
"Bonus Balance"	Funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion or bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific terms before they can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Balance is converted to Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means wager the bonus amount thirty times).
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by basha 8 to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership, in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all basha 8 deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagering activity.
"Game Providers"	Third-party software studios whose games are made available on the basha 8 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
"Terms"	These Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary terms referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms.

Where these Terms refer to "basha 8" as an entity, this refers to the operator of the basha-8.com platform. basha 8 reserves the right to update these definitions and the Terms as a whole at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered account email address.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the basha 8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you meet all of the criteria set out in this section.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place any wager. basha 8 takes underage access prevention seriously and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately, all wagering activity voided, and any funds returned to the verified payment method.

To be eligible to hold a basha 8 account, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an account.
Be registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration and KYC verification process.
Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
Not be self-excluded from basha 8 or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that extends to basha 8.
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of basha 8 or any of its Game Providers, unless basha 8 has provided explicit written consent.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

basha 8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and payment method ownership at any time — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from basha 8 using the tools available in the account dashboard, or who have requested exclusion via the support team, are not eligible to hold an active account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

basha 8 does not make any representation as to the legality of accessing the platform from any specific jurisdiction. Players outside Bangladesh access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. basha 8 does not provide legal advice on gambling regulations in any jurisdiction.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of basha 8 services — including deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and bonus claims — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information accurately and completely.

Registration requirements and account rules:

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered basha 8 account. If basha 8 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any Bonus Balance associated with them forfeited.
Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number and payment method details used for deposits. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. basha 8 will never ask for your password by email or by any other unsolicited communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact basha 8 support immediately at [email protected].
Non-transferability: Your basha 8 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any funds within it to any other person. basha 8 will not honour claims from third parties in respect of any account.
Account currency: All basha 8 accounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). You cannot change the currency of an existing account.
KYC verification: basha 8 conducts identity verification in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, following unusual account activity, or at any time at basha 8's reasonable discretion.
Account inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. basha 8 will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Details of the dormancy policy are available from the basha 8 support team.

basha 8 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where basha 8 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, where KYC verification cannot be completed to basha 8's satisfaction, or where the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

basha 8 processes all deposits and withdrawals in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The platform supports a range of payment methods designed for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers via major Bangladesh banks. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the basha 8 platform.

Deposits

Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Processing time: Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the basha 8 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
Fees: basha 8 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by the payment provider or originating bank are outside basha 8's control and are borne by the player.
Deposit source: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. basha 8 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment method, it will be returned and the account flagged for review.
Failed deposits: If a deposit transaction fails or is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, contact basha 8 support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outgoing transfers. basha 8 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit source without additional verification.
Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) typically reach the player's wallet within 1 to 4 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
KYC hold: basha 8 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.
Wagering requirement: Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real Money Balance is withdrawable at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any active withdrawal hold.

Anti-Money Laundering Notice. basha 8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for any illicit financial purpose. Deposits must reflect genuine gaming intent. basha 8 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit, and to suspend a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Funds associated with suspicious activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

basha 8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified basha 8 accounts in good standing. Accounts under review, suspended accounts, or accounts that have breached these Terms are not eligible for bonuses or promotions.
One bonus per player: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each bonus offer only once. Using multiple accounts, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and validity period are all specified per promotion and must be reviewed carefully before claiming.
Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all toward a specific bonus's wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
Maximum bet during bonus wagering: When wagering with an active Bonus Balance, a maximum bet limit applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and the winnings generated from those bets forfeited.
Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus Balance and any associated free spins that have not been used within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
Withdrawal before wagering completion: If a player requests a withdrawal of Real Money Balance while an active bonus is in progress and the wagering requirement has not been met, basha 8 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal.
Promotional abuse: basha 8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of systematic bonus abuse, use of professional gambling strategies to exploit promotions, or any other conduct that basha 8 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Final decisions on bonus disputes rest with basha 8, whose determination is final.
Promotion modifications: basha 8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already claimed the bonus will be permitted to complete wagering under the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Where any conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Section 6

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

basha 8 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All casino games on the platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random. Sports betting odds are set and updated using data from reputable industry feeds. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basha 8 platform.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Automated betting software: The use of bots, automated betting systems, scripts, or any other software tool that interacts with the basha 8 platform in a non-human manner or at a pace that is not consistent with natural human play.
Exploiting software errors or bugs: Deliberately exploiting any error, miscalculation, or technical fault in the platform's software, games, or payment system to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a software error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players — whether in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform.
Match-fixing and insider information: Placing sports bets using information that is not publicly available, or placing bets on sporting events in which the player has any direct or indirect involvement in the outcome.
Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to basha 8. Chargebacks are treated as a serious breach of these Terms. basha 8 will suspend the account, withhold any associated winnings, and pursue recovery through all available legal means where a fraudulent chargeback is identified.
Money laundering: Using the basha 8 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity. basha 8 cooperates with relevant authorities in respect of any investigation into such activity.
Multiple accounts for bonus abuse: Creating more than one basha 8 account for the purpose of claiming multiple instances of the same bonus or circumventing account restrictions.
Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information to basha 8 — including during registration, KYC, or any support interaction — or impersonating any other person or entity.

Where basha 8 determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, basha 8 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all or any portion of the player's betting activity and winnings; withhold and forfeit any Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance in the account; and pursue civil and criminal remedies where applicable. basha 8's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final.

Zero Tolerance Policy. basha 8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and match-fixing. Accounts confirmed to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed with no right of reinstatement. Where required by applicable law, basha 8 will report such activity to the relevant authorities.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

basha 8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following sets out the circumstances in which account action may be taken, the process that applies, and the player's rights in each scenario.

Grounds for suspension or closure by basha 8:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
Chargebacks or disputed payments initiated by the player or their payment provider.
Receipt of information suggesting the account holder is under 18 years of age.
Account inactivity exceeding 12 continuous months (dormancy).
Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
At basha 8's reasonable discretion where continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk.

Voluntary account closure by the player:

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting basha 8 support at [email protected].
Closure requests must be submitted from the registered account email address.
Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal minimum.
Bonus Balance is forfeited on account closure, regardless of the stage of wagering.
Players wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should explicitly request a self-exclusion, which carries additional protections — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.
Account closure does not automatically cancel any active self-exclusion. Players under self-exclusion who request account closure will remain subject to the self-exclusion during its active period.

Where an account is suspended by basha 8 pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to the registered address. basha 8 aims to complete all account investigations within 14 calendar days. During a suspension, access to the account and all associated funds is restricted until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in account reinstatement, full access will be restored. If the investigation results in permanent closure, any Real Money Balance to which the player is legitimately entitled will be returned to the verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to basha 8.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basha 8 limits its liability to players as set out in this section. Players should read this section carefully as it affects their legal rights.

Platform availability: basha 8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party service outages, or events outside basha 8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. basha 8 is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, including any bets or gaming sessions interrupted by such downtime.
Game outcomes: All game outcomes on the basha 8 platform are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live casino games, by the outcomes of physically dealt cards or spun wheels operated by the relevant Game Provider's studio. basha 8 does not influence game outcomes and is not liable for the results of any game, bet, or wagering activity.
Third-party game providers: Games on the basha 8 platform are supplied by independent Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. basha 8 is not responsible for any error, malfunction, or interruption in a Game Provider's software. Where a Game Provider error results in an incorrect game outcome, the resolution will be subject to the relevant Game Provider's dispute resolution process.
Internet connectivity: basha 8 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a player's internet connection failing during a game session or bet placement. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play.
Indirect and consequential loss: basha 8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment, even if basha 8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum aggregate liability: Where basha 8 is found liable to a player for any reason, basha 8's maximum aggregate liability to that player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Force majeure: basha 8 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond basha 8's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.
Accuracy of information: While basha 8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information published on the platform — including odds, game rules, and promotion terms — basha 8 does not warrant that such information is always current, complete, or error-free. Manifest errors in odds or game payouts will be corrected, and bets placed on the basis of a manifest error may be voided at basha 8's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits basha 8's liability for death or personal injury caused by basha 8's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by basha 8, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and basha 8 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Disputes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the basha 8 platform that cannot be resolved through the basha 8 support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. basha 8 commits to responding to formal written complaints within 14 calendar days. basha 8 is a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.

Terms Updates. basha 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the account email address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the basha 8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every basha 8 page. The version published on basha-8.com is the authoritative version.
